ID EST Returns Policy Return of Faulty Goods We will endeavour to replace the goods that you have received as soon as possible, but if we are unable to do so then a full refund will be provided, this includes postage and packing.

We ask to be notified of all defects with in 30 days of delivery, and for the goods to be returned with in 7days of notification.

Return of Non-Faulty Goods

We will accept returns of unused (still boxed and resalable) goods for up to 30 days after the date purchased.

We will refund the price of goods but p&p will be dependant upon the reason for return

In short if you bring back your purchases within 30 days and in resalable condition or with a valid fault we will replace it or give you a full refund.

We ensure that all products we receive are in pristine condition, but in some cases it is not possible to inspect the products with out damaging the packaging and in these cases we ask you to inform us as soon as it becomes apparent that there is a defect.
